When you make a booking this time is set aside just for you and we plan our day around the booking schedule. Please arrive at the start of your booking time to ensure we have the time to fully appraise and discuss your repair.

Are we open for bookings? – YES!! – Isaac is open for repairs (Ian will have his open from June 1st)

What type of appointment do you need?

Collection: You have been informed that your instrument is fixed and ready to go home. If there are none available please email to arrange a time out-with the booking form availability.

Repair: Dropping off a repair. For a rough estimate and turn around time or any other questions, send us an Email with details and pictures.

Setup/Minor Fix: Playability tweaks, strings and minor adjustments and quick fixes. This does not include fretwork, extensive cleaning, changing and replacing parts, nuts, saddles etc. For all that stuff or if you are not sure; book an ‘instrument needs fixed’ appointment.
